Any idea what not-ready reason code 65535 might be.
Also what would: Unknown Error: 0x0 mean?
 
Im used to codes around 50000 being system errors, but this is a new one to me. It appears when an agent leaves the WorkReady state and the application appears to be showing a null error just before (which I havent tracked down yet either). The agents are reporting problems with their application locking up buttons greyed out even though the enablement mask being provided in these circumstances looks okay.
The application is written in Java using the Java CIL having recently ported from a Acyive X application using the COM CIL which has not been experiencing this problem.
