What are the latter two options for?

These two settings pages are for Eclipse settings. Note that the Audium-specific settings pages have a prefix of "Audium". For detailed information about these Eclipse setting pages, please refer to the built-in help files for Eclipse, accessed via Help -> Help Contents. Searching for the name of each of these settings pages will result in additional information.
