The agent statistics for the day from CTIOS appear to get reset (as in the start of the next day) at 6 PM CST, or midnight UCT. Is there a setting that determines what time the day should end? I can't find anything in the CTIOS or ICM docs.

CTIOS does not have any setting to determine the time the day should end.
