Where is Time in Queue?

In an earlier (though not much earlier) version of CTIOS, I used to be able to query a call for "MeasuredCallQTime" and get the time the caller spent in between the IVR and the CSR.
 
What is the preferred way to get this elapsed time now?

I am not sure what version or platform you are running, but I still see a Enum_CtiOs.CTIOS_MEASUREDCALLQTIME and String_CtiOs.S_MEASUREDCALLQTIME = "MeasuredCallQTime"; in the .net 7.5(1) version
Is this what you are trying to use and it's not working?

Yes - they "work" but never return data.
