7912 that stuck in the loop of Configuring IP, Configuring VLAN, Configuring CM List.

Hello,
I have got 7912 that stuck in the loop of Configuring IP, Configuring VLAN, Configuring CM List.
Phone gets IP addresss, option 150, etc via DHCP.
Phone is reachable by ping and I can open connection to the phone's tcp/80.
I sniffed traffic from the phone and I have saw that phone tries to download configuration files (SEP<MAC Addr>.cnf.xml, XMLDefault.cnf.xml, gk<MAC Addr> via tftp.
I put XMLDefault.cnf.xml , gk<MAC Addr> and CP7912080001SCCP051117A.sbin to the tftp server but without success.
How can I recover this 7912?
