Hi All -
I had a request from a customer that is an interesting one. They have service with their carrier that allows them to see ANI as well as caller name on their IP Phones for incoming calls (when available). The name shows up on a second line (not line appearance or DN display, just a second line display of text on the phone).
Is this information available at all through the JTAPI CTI interface with UCM or anywhere within ICM, or do we only get the ANI passed through?
