Hi,
we have the same configuration on different phones 7961 and 7962.
When the devices are logged out everything is fine but as soon as we login using extension mobility on the 7962 we get an "Address restricted" error from JTAPI when trying to add an address observer on the line.
CUCM is version 6.1.3.
I double checked the roles for the CTI user but there is everything enabled also on the device and on the line the "Allow control of device from CTI" is enabled.
We even tried to delete the device configuration and user device profile and recreated it on CUCM with no success.
Any idea what could be the issue here?

Can you please check if the Device Profile with which you are doing EM Login is added to the "Controlled Profiles" List Under "Extension Mobility" section of the User Admin page.
Also, check on the Line Page of line associated with DeviceProfile to check whether "Allow Control of Device from CTI" is selected.

thanks for the quick reply but I just found the problem myselves. There is another "CTI" option in the "End User" configuration which was disabled.
