Core Issue

When the call is made through the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), the call is completed successfully.

Resolution

This problem is observed when the remote sites use a non-G711 codec. Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) currently support only the G711 codec. Use a transcoder to resolve this issue or change the codec to G711 at the remote side, if possible.
