Core Issue
During preparation to upgrade to Cisco CallManager 3.3(3), the upgrade assistant reports that there is a database replication failure.
Resolution
To address this issue, perform these steps:
- Ensure that the Microsoft Structured Query Language (MSSQL) service is running on all servers.
- Go through all the event logs to make sure all error messages have been addressed.
- Make sure all servers have the necessary patches and service packets.
- Check the Structured Query Language (SQL) Enterprise Manager for any error messages.
- Ensure that the SqlSvc service password is the same on all servers.
