Will there be a way to authinticate a local user against the ldap database. We need the ablity to authenticate users against ldap, but can not change the information in ldap that gets synced into cucm, because it gets synced from another data base. Sometimes this infor mation is wrong or int the wrong format. Phone numbers mostly.

UC Manager 9.0 includes the capability to sync users from ldap and also define local end users.  You also have the option to convert ldap sync'd users to local users.  But authentication against a ldap database is only possible for users that are active ldap synchronized users.
