Hi,
I was wondering if there is any events for a CiscoTerminal when there is a hunt group login/logout and if there is even methods to force a login/logout on a terminal?
When adding terminal-, address- and callobservers I did not receive anything when pressing the login/logout button. I also couldn't find any filter to enable such events.
I tried login/logout with AXL but this requires an additional restart of the phone to take effect so a method in JTAPI which does the same as pressing the hunt group login/logout button on the phone would be a big advantage.
Regards
Stefan

Not aware of any support in JTAPI for hunt group login/out, perhaps someone else has knowledge.

JTAPI doesn't have any interfaces to do EM login or logout. But if login or logout is done on the phone and if Terminal is in user control list, application will see CiscoAddrRemovedEv and CiscoAddrCreatedEv.
Prior to CUCM 8.0.1 version, hunt list is not a Cisco JTAPI supported feature.

Hi Mohan,
thank you for the response. Does that mean that there are JTAPI methods/events for hunt lists in 8.0.1?
Can you provide a short list of this methods/events?

In 8.0.1 where JTAPI starts supporting call scenarios involving hunt pilots, new information will be available to find the hunt pilot connection in the call. Details will be available when 8.0.1 is out.
