Prerequisites:

Make sure the Bulk Provisioning service is running on the First node of the cluster.

Go to Navigation -> Cisco Unified Serviciability

Exporting Phones Specific Details.

Create your custom file format. This will let you select what fields will be exported to the CSV file you will be working on.

Add a new Phone File Format.

Select a meaningful name and the fields for Device, Line and Intercom that interest you.

As an example we will be exporting the Device name, Description and Network locale for the device.

For the line you will require at least the Directory Number.

Select the Maximum number of lines and Speed dials the phones you will be exporting have.

Under Bulk Administration -> Phones -> Export Phones -> Especific details, find the phones you will export.

You can use regular find query to narrow down the phones you will export. In this example we will export the 7962 Device type phones.

Click on next and use a meaninfull name for the CSV export file. Choose the File Format created previously.

Under Bulk Administration -> Job Scheduler check on the status of the job.

If the Status of the job is pending, selec and active it.

Wait until the process is Completed.

Go into the Job Id and make sure the Result status is Success and the number of Records Failed is 0.

If the job was succesfull the log should contain no errors.

Under Bulk Administration -> Upload / Download Files download the CSV export file.
