Core Issue

This option is currently not found in some versions of the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT).

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Configure the device pools for each group of phones using BAT.  

       
  2. Change the softkey template for the required device pool.  

       
  3. To activate the softkey template, reset all the phones in the required pool.  

       
  4. For other device pools, repeat steps 2 and 3.
