Steps:

  1. Go to System > Tools > Trace > Trace and Log Central
  2. Double click "Remote Browse" in the middle pane that opens up
  3. Choose Trace Files in the new pop-up window

  5. Select the type of log required, in my case I took a screenshot of the Install/Upgrade logs, which are listed in the second screen

  7. Choose one or more than one files by control+clicking on them, and then hit Download

  9. Choose where to save the files, preferrably choose to zip them

  11. Gather more logs as required
