This document covers some of the troubleshooting steps which may be helpful to confirm if the DTMF is being received on the voice gateway from Telco or not.

Note: In case of ISDN PRI, the Telco doesn’t send DTMF digits but Tone for every digit pressed by the caller. It’s up to the voice gateway to recognize the Tone and convert it into the appropriate DTMF digit.

Great Doc. Does it work for outbound calls? i.e. endpoint-->cucm-->sip-->VG-->PRI. 

For me it didn't show dtmf on outbound calls. Any suggestion?

I was able to see dtmf on the voip call leg(debug voip rtp session named-event), however, unable to see dtmf on the PRI side.
