Core Issue
When an anonymous calls comes through the SIP Proxy Server and if the recipient of the calls tries to do a transfer with consultation, the call fails.
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, use the translation rule on the gateway in order to change the Calling line identification (CLID).

The rule 1 changes the calling number if it is null. The second one replaces it if the number is 9999999999. This workaround translation rule changes the null calling number to a fix number.
