Resolution
If a mailbox has available space, a new caller's message is limited to the minimum of:
- The space available in the mailbox
- The maximum inbound message limit of the mailbox
If a caller's message exceeds this limit, these are the possible outcomes:
- The system indicates the caller has exceeded the limit.
- It gives a choice to re-record the messages or send it as is.
If the caller hangs up, the message is delivered, provided there is enough space in the mailbox. If the caller terminates the recording by pressing the # key and sends the message, the caller receives a confirmation of delivery.
