Core Issue

This issue typically occurs when the user is logged in using Extension Mobility (EM) or when using Force Authentication Code (FAC).

Resolution

Perform these steps on the Cisco CallManager Admin page:

  1. Go to CallManager Administration Page --> System --> Enterprise Parameters. Select CDR Parameters --> Cluster ID *

  2. Choose StandAloneCluster If you have only one server. If you have more than one server, choose the name of the publisher server (CISCO-Cluster).

  3. Verify that the Owner User ID option has a value assigned. Without a value assigned, you do not receive the CallingPartyLoginUserID and the finalCalledPartyLoginUserID fields in the report. A user ID must  be assigned to each IP phone.
