My application use JTAPI to make a call control,phone presence etc... In CUCM 7.0 i just add one user " Application User " and assign phones and roles , but when i have tryed to make the same on 4.2.(3) i can't find such a menu ? Could someone discribe the exact steps to configure my JTAPI user in Call Manager 4.2(3) , becouse it is in operation and I don't want to crash it . Thanks in advance !
