We are looking at purging a Tandberg 6000 MXP back to factory defaults, then reloading it through an RS232 port with the configuration files, putting a new logo up and if needed adding back to software keys. We're moving the Tandberg back and forth from a secure/non-secure situation and need to purge the unit.
After I capture the all.prm, and software keys for each situation, we intend to re-load the unit over the RS232 port. The directory that the files need to be loaded into needs to be setup, and transfer of the file would be through an AMX controller.
