Console Login Issue Using Serial Cable
* The free version of HyperTerminal doesn't work on Windows 2003 server
* You could use new version of PUTTY software with the console option to console into the MCU
Console Setting
* Baud rate: 9600
* Data bits: 8
* Parity: None
* Stop bits: 1
* Flow control: None
At the ">" prompt, type: modifyTargetDevice and then hit enter.
This will give you access to menu options without reloading your MCU
Restore Factory configuration
Select "A" for Advanced and "2" for restore factory configuration. The IP addresses will remain there but all usernames, passwords, gatekeeper IP addresses will be written over.
