We all know unified communications is crucial for business collaboration, but where do you start when choosing the right solution provider with the many options available? Join us for an open live Q&A on Twitter on November 22 at 11 a.m. SGT/China Standard Time (Nov. 21, 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time) with Zeus Kerravala of ZK Research.
According to Kerravala’s recent study, The When, Where and How of Cisco vs. Microsoft for UC, one of the biggest decision points for UC deployment is deciding on Cisco vs. Microsoft, and where to use each solution. During our TweetChat, Kerravala will break down the core of both UC solutions and elaborate on the elements that should be considered when making a decision. The chat will be a follow-up Q&A for Kerravala’s video, which you can register to view on Nov. 20 here.
