What To Do: To resolve the problem, reinstall the license files.
Resolution
This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCsb98236.
Workaround
If the event is not followed by another that shows successful use of the license (see example output), then re-load the current license file via the Unity Licensing Control Panel with License File Install Wizard in Tools Depots > Administration Tools.
9/6/2005 9:55:57 PM 4 CiscoUnity_Arbiter 1027 The licensing or system issues that created a licensing violation have been corrected. The system is returning to normal operation.
