Core Issue
If incorrect number licensed ports are added to the PBX-IP Media Gateway (PIMG), then PIMG Cisco Unity integartion does not work.
Resolution
Complete these steps in order check the license information and to fix the problem:
- On the Cisco Unity server, log on to Microsoft Windows through the Cisco Unity installation account.
- Double-click Cisco Unity Tools Depot on the desktop.
- Under Administration Tools, double-click License Info Viewer.
- Verify that the licensing features are correct.
