With the installation of CTX 1.3 we noticed that the "provisioning" API is no longer exposed. Has it been removed or have we done something wrong in the installation?
Any information is much appreciated.

The provisioning API was a legacy implementation for whitelist management. It had been superseded by the whitelist implementation that we introduced in CTX 1.1. Also, it was our understanding from our product management team that no existing customers or partners were using the legacy provisioning API. Therefore, we removed it from CTX 1.3. Was our understanding incorrect?
