When replacing a T3 codec via RMA, it will most likely not have the correct Product ID and option keys installed on it. Below is how to verify and create them if needed.

Ensure that the Product ID is "Tandberg T3" instead of "Tandberg Codec C90" with the following command. Below is the output it should be. If different, generate the correct product ID. You may need to contact logistics to update their systems to reflect.

Reach out to Licensing by emailing licensing@cisco.com or calling 1-800-553-2447, and inform them the C90 codec you received has the wrong Product ID. Provide them with one of the part numbers below so that they can generate the correct key.
