Hello, We are in the midst of submitting our CTX scheduling portal - called "HCL konnect" on CDN. The CDN has provided us with a test case document to submit our results. As part of execution of the test cases, we are not clear how to  execute certain test cases. Also our portal implements some of those features a bit differently than expected in the CDN test case xls.  The test cases for which we require clarifications are identified by column C having "Need clarification" and the details of required clarification are mentioned in the column H. The xls is attached herewith.  Please share your valuable input. thanks regards

Hi Balan,

It is probably best for you to continue working directly with David Wong in Product Management and your contacts within Advanced Services (AS).  The individual test cases are less important than your existing contacts.  By the way, I was unable to locate the CDN test case xls that you are referring to.  It may be best for Cisco to remove that from the CDN site.
