Core Issue
Sonic reports critical errors messages in the queue.
Resolution
To troubleshoot this issue, perform these steps:
- Verify there are no interface issues (for example, netstate -ni).
- Navigate to where the Data Exchanger (DE) is installed, and review the de.nohup.out file for errors. Also, check connectivity to the Message Bus (MB) and Dial Access Solution (DAS).
- Examine the dsde.log and dsdgw.log files for errors.
- Telnet to the Data Gateway (DGW) and DE Command Line Interface (CLI) servers, and issue these commands to make to sure that all connections are marked as online and enabled:

To enable the queue to receive messages, issue the start-queue -n D.HARD.DGW.DE command.
Ideally, the configuration is now successful.
To confirm that everything is online and connected, issue the queue-status command again.
