Resolution

This error reference is a Microsoft issue: Error 14053: Cannot load the DLL replincrementlsn extended procedure or one of the DLLs it references.

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Re-install the SQL Service Pack 3 on both the publisher and subscriber.
  2. If the problem persists, which could be due to an older version of      the service pack, upgrade the service pack to SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.exe      available on Cisco      Downloads.
  3. Upgrade Service Pack 3 on the publisher and then on the subscriber.
  4. After the upgrade, re-boot.
