Core Issue
The Structured Query Language (SQL) Server 2000 replication between the subscriber and the publisher displays this error message: SQL Server Enterprise Manager could not create a pull subscription to publication 'CCM0304'. Error 14053: Cannot load the DLL replincrementlsn extended procedure or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 126 (The specified module could not be found).
The SQL database is not getting replicated from the publisher to the subscriber. The subscription is not created.
These are the details of the software versions being used:
- OS Image: 2000.2.4
- OS Service Release: 2000.2.4sr3a
- SQL2K Service Pack: SP3 (1.0.2)

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- Re-install the SQL Service Pack 3 on both the publisher and subscriber.
- If the problem persists, which could be due to an older version of the service pack, upgrade the service pack to SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.exe available on Cisco Downloads.
- Upgrade Service Pack 3 on the publisher and then on the subscriber.
- After the upgrade, re-boot.
