Core Issue
This error can occur when some Cisco CallManager usernames are followed by a space and others are not.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, perform this procedure on the Cisco CallManager server:
- Make sure that no usernames are followed by spaces.
- If the error is still received, uninstall the Bulk Administration (BAT) Tool from the Add/Remove window on the Cisco CallManager Control Panel.
- Install the BAT Tool from Cisco CallManager Plug-ins (go to Applications > Install Plug-ins) on the CallManager Admin page.
