Core Issue
After configuring the time of day routing on the Cisco CallManager servers, it fails to start after hours. This issue occurs when the time on the publisher and subscriber server are out of sync and devices are registered to one of these servers.
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, configure time synchronization with Network Time Protocol (NTP) for Cisco CallManager servers. For more information on configuring the time synchronization, refer the document How to Configure Time
