Core Issue
When an attempt is made to update the Help Desk e-mail address (field 5129) in the Cisco MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Admin\Reference Center, the changes do not take effect.
Resolution
Complete these steps to fix the issue:
- Login to the web with a System Manager profile.
- Click on the Admin link in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Reference Center link.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Restart the web services.
This problem can also be resolved by upgrading MeetingPlace Web to 4.3.338.
