When facing instability with any model of MCS server, you can these steps to verify if this is caused by a known software issue:

1) Look for existing field notices for this model:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/voiceapp/ps378/prod_field_notices_list.html

Carefully follow the instructions in the field notice to verify if the server is affected and what actions are required.

2) Review the available firmware update cd's (FWUCD) for this model:

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/navigator.html?mdfid=268438148&catid=278875240

Add to cart the applicable latest FWUCD for the specific server model, in your download cart you can expand the selection and then click on Readme. In this file you can review what specific component are patchable, the firmware version and the corresponding Bug ID that explains more about that issue. The Bug ID can be checked with Bug Toolkit
