I have installed Dev edition of WebEx Social 3.1.1.10200.268 under VMWare Player. Unfortunately when trying to access WebEx Social Metrics option, it throws an error 'WebEx Social Analytics Error, Please check the WebEx Social Analytics Store Configuration' ... can you please help with this? Thanks!

Is WebEx Social Developer 3.1 edition available for general download? When I go to the Develop & Test -> WebEx Social Developer Edition -> Download WebEx Social Developer Edition, it still links to 3.0.

Hi Viral,
Can you try granting the user(s) you want to run Metrics reports the "Level 1 Administrator" role and see if it works or not?
