Core Issue

This problem might arise if the  MeetingPlace Express server clock is faster than the actual time.

Resolution

The MeetingPlace Express server clock must be reconfigured to follow a Network Time Source (NTP).

In order to resolve this issue, adjust the server/system time with these steps:

  1. At the server console, login as a 'root' user.

  2. Click the Redhat Start menu, and go to System Tools > Date and Time.

  3. Set the time and timezone (NTP source).

  4. Save the settings and Exit.

  5. Reboot the MeetingPlace Express server.
