Core Issue
This error message means that there is a misconfiguration at a high level somewhere. Even though the configuration was typed exactly, this installation was actually a second cluster.
The logs recorded indicate an authentication problem, as shown in the following example:

Resolution
When installing Active Directory on a second cluster, choose a custom installation, and do not try to update the schema or configure Active Directory. Point the second cluster to the existing Active Directory.
