With Cisco MeetingPlace Server 4.3.0t, users hear dead air when they attempt to join a meeting

Resolution

This is normal behavior on a 4.3.0t server. This issue occurs when the user does not press 1 to enter the meeting. MeetingPlace prompts the user only once to press 1 to enter the meeting. If 1 is not pressed, the user hears dead air for some time, and then the server disconnects the call. Newer releases remind the user periodically, and eventually hang up if nothing is entered.
