I have Precision HD 4x Camera and want to upgrade it manually, i have followed the complete guide using above link.

the problem is i could not find the Sangam.pkg and Serial_shell files, when i click the below link, it takes me to the Cisco site, and gives a message "page not found"

Do you know what software you are currently running on your 4x camera? Do you have it connected to a C20 codec for example and is it working? There are easier ways of upgrading the camera, unless you actually have some issues with the camera.

i have 5 cameraes that does not react and would very mutch like a link to the software

i Have tried everything systemtools camerarescue without any luck

i have tried it on 5 diferent c20 codecs.

I am trying to recover c20 camera.

"systemtools camerarescue" doesn't recover the camera.

Thanks for the files.

The files you have included are for the USB port and serial port on the camera so the PDF is not the right doc.

use the doc i have attached ( will only Work in XP )

I have tried this and it Works on a Camera that runs normal.

But i have 5 camears straigth out of the box that shows this error se Picture.

So i am not able to get the #Sangam promt by pressing enter

Is there a way around this ??
