Hi,

I had a problem reported by one of the agents, while they login to the CTIOS Agent Desktop 7.1, the error "10115 'CreateNewClientInstance Failed - Login Failed'" appear and does not allow to login.

Solution: Deleting and recreating the Device targets resolved the issue.

Please share if any other reasons for the same error,

Hi,

I did above step but also had to do the following

1.Factory reset the phone for case 1

2.Case 2 had to do the Deleting and recreating the Device targets resolved the issue , factory reset the phone and also check the end user settings to allow certain permissions
