NFAS with 8 T1s on ISR 4331

Skill does not appear in Agents CSQ Statistics Report

I built a new Skill in Finesse, assigned the Resources and they are able to take calls. They are not able to see the calls in their Agent CSQ Statistics Report window.

Hello all, I need your help! I have a CUCM 12.5 and a gateway voice ISR 4321 , and i need to configure SRST , for 10 IP phones from 200 IPhones , How can i choose those 10 IP phones to function on SRST mode ? Best regardsAkram
