AMA-CUCM Troubleshooting: Best Practices for Reading Trace Files

A MeetingTime user has changed the password and a MeetingTime client is no longer able to auto login for them. The user receives an error message that indicates the password is incorrect

Core Issue

The user receives these error messages:

  • [12459] - Login failed
  • [156] - Internal error.  No message received
  • [12377] - Network sub-system failure detected
  • [12380] - Network connection lost
  • [6147] - Login denied.  Invalid user ID / password combination


Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps in MeetingTime:

  • Click Options.
  • At the top of the MeetingTime login screen, click Edit Settings.
  • Set up auto login.
  • Change the user password.
