Core Issue

This problem applies to Windows Operating Systems (OS) upgraded to versions 2000.4.3, 2000.4.3a, or 2000.4.3aSR1.

Resolution

This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCse78153.

In order to resolve this issue, change the value of the RemoveServerHeader in urlscan.ini. Go to C:\Winnt\system32\inetsrv\URLscan\urlscan.ini, and change the value from 1 to 0. Then, reboot the server.
