Problem Description:

After Reboot, CCM PG not coming UP.

 

Symptom:

OPC process continuously crashing and mini dump are generating.

 

Troubleshooting:

 

OPC  log:

Workaround:

When CaptureMessage is enabled, Total Max Capture Data must be greater than the twice the size of Max CaptureFile Size

 

Check what the value in below registry is it set to 1?

What’s the value set for below registry?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\ instance_name \PG1A\PG\CurrentVersion\OPC\CaptureDataFileMaxBytes

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\ instance_name \PG1A\PG\CurrentVersion\OPC\CaptureDataFileTotalMaxbytes

Is CaptureDataFileTotalMaxbytes > 2* CaptureDataFileMaxBytes ? If no please set the value according ly.

I don't understand. Is this a bug? Or a result of misconfiguration? I mean if the latter, it can be easy to break any software.
