Core Issue
In the Cisco CallManager Event Viewer logs, this error message is seen in after you aapply an operating system (OS) patch or upgrade the OS:
The Storage Agents service could not terminate agent "CPQISCSI". The data contains the error code
This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCse04763
Resolution
This is the workaround for this issue:
- Go to SNMP > Security, choose Accept SNMP Packets from these hosts.
- add 127.0.0.1. Stop SNMP services and Insight Agents.
- Then restart these services.
