Attendant Console experiences frozen calls with shared lines in an Attendant Console hunt group

Core Issue

On the Attendant Console screen, calls get stuck with an X over the status. The number of these stuck calls may increase over the day.

This issue is seen with AC 1.3(1)ES3 in Cisco CallManager 4.0(1) in conjunction with the use of shared lines on the Attendant Console client's phone. The use of shared lines in an Attendant Console hunt group is supported in Cisco CallManager 4.0.

Resolution

The workaround to this issue is to restart the Attendant Console client. Restarting clears these stuck calls.

This problem is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCef60462 and resolved in 4.0(1) by the application of ES31 or later.
