Bad username or password error messages are received when using the Cisco CallManager IP phone address book synchronizer

Core Issue

The username and password used for service is the same as the one used to access CCMUSER.

Resolution

Check that the same username and password are being used that are used to access CCMUSER.  Also check that CCMUSER can be accessed.  If not, reset the user account from the CCMADMIN account.
