Core Issue
The Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) allows for the insertion of new phones or the bulk update of common features of existing phones, which means to apply the same settings to multiple phones. It is not designed to perform individual changes to existing devices. If an attempt is made to insert an existing phone with some different values, SQL rejects it, because it represents a duplicate entry based on the device name, which must be unique.
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, complete these steps:
- Export the devices.
