Cannot import an existing personal address book into Cisco CallManager

Core Issue

Importing an address book is not supported.

Resolution

Currently, importing an existing personal address book is not supported. You can only synchronize with an existing Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory by use of the IP Phone address book syncronizer.  If you are still having problems, consult Troubleshooting Personal Directory with Cisco CallManager 3.x.
