Hello, we have a problem to update the address and the name of one of our customers for a return of defective material.

We have a message : Company name is not valid.

4 hour RMA not reached even after 24 hours

 

ETA changed twice and still the device has not reached.

We have not received RMA parts as expected ETA is Jun 26. 2018 17:00.

We have a tricky situation here and need to understand from logistics team as to what has been shipped to the customer. Take a look at the below grid:

Customer claims that they don’t have neither of the above New SNs, instead they have SN# 52A21232.
