Situation 1 : If a few ports register and rest do not.

++ Go to Tsp Settings and configure automated voice lines to 255

Situation 2 : If the Cti ports are registered and the Cti rp is not.

++ Restart the CTI manager service on all the related nodes.

++ Ensure that the CTI RP is deleted from the CUCM and created from the CUXAC side.

Situation 3 : If the CTI RP is registered and CTI Ports are not registered

++ Ensure that the wave/media driver are installed.

Situation 4 : If none of the Cti devices register.

++ Problem might be with the tsp or wave settings . Ensure that the correct version of tsp is installed . If the CUCM has been upgraded then download the latest tsp from CUCM plug in.

++ To isolate that the problem is with the tap, go to ac server . Run > dialer . If you cannot see the Cti ports then the tsp is faulty.

++ To isolate the issue with the ac user , try logging into the cucmadmin page with its credentials. It should allow you to log in . If the ac is 8.5 or above , ensure that application user is used instead of end user.

++ Try re installing the tsp and wave drivers.

++ Verify that the tsp configurations are as per documentation .

++ Still if the ports do not register , Ensure that the common device configuration has ipv4 instead of ipv6 . The following trace snippet should help confirm the issue.

*************************

CSelsiusTSPDevice::OpenDevice() [R3EDB27AD100016] *ERROR*

m_DeviceList->OpenDevice() failed with error 0x8CCC00F3 [Unknown value]

*************************

Raise a TAC Case if all the above steps do not solve your issue.
